At Gaustablikk Fjellresort, you’ll find three restaurants with distinct concepts, all under one roof. Blikk Fjellbrasserie, Bjørk and Kirk’s Bar & Lounge offer varied dining experiences, all developed and led by Executive Chef Jimmy Øien.
Our restaurants & bars
Blikk Fjellbrasserie is the hotel’s à la carte restaurant, offering seasonal dishes by Executive Chef Jimmy Øien, inspired by mountains, plateaus and forests.
Restaurant Bjørk serves a fixed three-course menu where Nordic ingredients meet French techniques, in a warm setting with views of the surrounding nature.

Kirk’s Bar & Lounge offers simple, flavourful dishes in a relaxed setting – classic favourites made with quality, perfect after a day in the mountains.

Wine cellar
Gaustablikk Mountain Resort has built a wine cellar with a broad selection from established wine regions such as Burgundy, Bordeaux and Tuscany, as well as selected producers from other parts of the world.
The cellar comprises more than 1,000 labels, including wine and champagne, and is continuously evolving. The hotel’s sommelier is responsible for the selection and provides recommendations for the restaurants.
